Have you ever changed a project - TOTALLY changed it on launch day? Well, we did. And it was not pretty. I am not going to write a long post about it because we have moved on and are creating from the original concept ... only better.
90 Days. No big deal, right? We learn new things. We make commitments. We enter challenges. I can do that for 90 days. N0 problem. I made a commitment to do something that I had never done on a regular basis. I was much like you ... I wondered if I could do it. And, would it really matter?
Motivation. What do you think of when you hear the word? Reason. Ambition. Inspiration. Drive. Enthusiasm. These are some of the words that you will find if you look up the word in the dictionary.
There is a way to be, do, and have everything you want. I know you have heard me say it many times. Maybe you believe it...or maybe not. As a life coach, I get a lot of people who want to change their life. They want to travel, have nicer homes, cars, maybe boats, and other fun things. But the common theme is , "they don't believe good people get rich" or "there is not enough money to go around." I am here to tell you that those two statements are not true!

You just want to smack 'em, don't you? Of course you do! Why? Because they have just called you on your stuff and you didn't want them to. You wanted them to side with you and all of your excuses. But, they did not...not this time. So, what do you do? You have to come clean about what IS in your way. But you don't want to. It's hard. I can hear those other excuses churning in your head. STOP!
Meditation...does it really work? What does it do? Meditation is fairly new to me. As of this writing, I started 81 days ago and have meditated 79 out of the 81 days, with meditating every day for the past 74 days.
